With all the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it can be a little hard at times to come up with new and creative ways to decorate your home for the holidays. I have been so caught up chasing my now standing up baby boy around that I have not had my fill of Pinterest to get my Christmas decor inspiration as I would normally like. I typically love to browse for hours and hours millions of decorated Christmas trees so that I can collect my thoughts and create a game plan before I start tackling my own. But gone are the days where I can spend countless hours on Pinterest, so I have come up with a list of my top 3 sites that I now quickly browse to get some much needed inspiration.
Ballard Designs Holiday Shop - I have been a huge fan of Ballard Designs for a long time and their Holiday Shop this year does not disappoint. Their mixed metal ombre decorated Christmas tree is to die for! I absolutely love that idea and its uniqueness. But my absolute favorite this year is their Christmas throw pillows, like these. I love their classic Christmas style and colors and I could just see myself using these throughout my home for many years!
Pottery Barn has always been a site and store that I gravitate towards whenever I am missing that one special something to finish off a look. This year their holiday decor is a must for anyone needing a little holiday cheer. Their 4 Ways to Decorate for Christmas ideas is so pretty, I could stare at them for hours! It is hard for me to decide on my favorite. Their Christmas trees look like a works of art and I can only dream of one day being able to replicate one of these beautiful trees in my own home. Until then, I will just keep trying! ;)
Restoration Hardware - I have always loved the simplicity and elegance of Restoration Hardware. This is a site that I visit often whenever I am need a little pick me up. This site is typically reserved solely for browsing purposes and perhaps a few DIY inspiration as it is currently WAY out of my price range. But that never stops me from coming back to their site and their holiday decor does not disappoint. It is so beautiful it would almost be hard to put it all away after the holidays! It would be Christmas year-round at my house! Their Brass Laurel Wreath Collection is absolutely stunning and I am already dreaming up of a DIY to copy this beautiful masterpiece. That alongside their Artisan Handblown Antiqued Glass Ornament Collection and I am Christmas heaven!
I hope this post brings you some Christmas cheer and inspire you to create your own works of holiday decor art!
