2017 Color of the Year Etsy Decor Items!

If you haven't heard, Patone has deemed the color of the year for 2017 is greenery - a bright green color that reminds you of the first days of springs when everything is bright and new.  I love how bright and lively this color is and cannot wait to incorporate it into my space.  I plan on incorporating  it into my space without spending a lot of money and without overwhelming the space so that it works with the pieces I already have.

If you have been searching for a way to incorporate the color of the year into your space, look no further! I have gathered my top five Etsy home decor items to help bring in this beautiful greenery color into your home, just in time for Spring!

Fold Bowl Hanging Porcelain Planters - $48+

What a better way to bring this color to life in your home but with plants! I absolutely love having indoor plants in my home. There is something beautiful and organic about it that makes me happy and makes a space feel more welcoming.  You cannot go wrong with these Fold Bowl Hanging Porcelain planters from Taylor Ceramics shop on Etsy. These are so cool and would look awesome in a corner or flanking a piece of furniture!

Kitchen Tea Towel - Mason Jar Towels - $11.00

Next up we have some decor for your kitchen! By adding a kitchen towel featuring that pretty green color is an easy, inexpensive way to incorporate color into your space this spring.  These are absolutely beautiful and love the amount of detail they have.  Make sure you check the Heaps Handworks shop for more patterns and items.  They are all incredibly detailed featuring beautiful colors.

If you are not into mason jars, these tea towels below from SunchowdersEmporia is a beautiful option.  I love the antique look of this one and how organic it looks.

Botanical Lemon Tea Towel Eco Friendly - $7.00

Palm Leaf Throw Pillow Cover - $40+

There is no easier way to change up the decor in your space than with throw pillows and let me tell you, Etsy has tons and tons of pillows to swoon over.  After looking through what felt like hundreds of pillows, I narrowed it down to this one as my favorite.  I love that it has a pop of the green color and still being quite neutral.  This pillow would look great in just about any room without overwhelming the space. These pretty palm leaf throw pillows are from the Kertis shop made out of a beautiful linen cotton blend fabric.

Watercolor palm leaves - $55+

This next one has got to be one of my absolute favorites! And to be honest, I haven't been that big of a fan of wallpaper because of just how permanent it is.  I am one that likes to change my decor once in a while and if you have ever had to take down wallpaper, you know how much of a pain and work it is to get it off your walls! But when I saw this wall paper from ColoRay, I was blown away.  The best thing is that it is completely removable!! I about fell of my chair! How beautiful is this?!  I am dying to put this as an accent wall in my half bathroom, now if only I can convince my hubby to be as excited as I am!

Sea Coral - $25

Another easy and inexpensive way to change up decor in your home without too much redecorating is with wall art.  I tend to change up my wall art whenever I am feeling like the room needs a little pick me up.  A way to accomplish this without breaking that piggy bank is to invest in prints that you can fit into existing frames in your home.  For example, this beautiful sea coral print from Driftwood Interiors is stunning and would make a statement just on its own or with other art surrounding it.
