A Fun & Easy Halloween Front Porch
Hope you are having a great weekend! I have a quick and fun DIY for you today. The entire project took me a couple of minutes and it was so fun doing a quick project with my little helper.
I’m not usually a person that likes to decorate for Halloween. Now that I have kids I thought it would be fun to decorate a little to get them excited for the holiday. So a few days ago, I woke up determined to give our entryway a little spooky Halloween decor.
Without a real plan, I started by pulling out my Cricut and cutting a bunch of different sized black crows. I thought they were perfect for my little ones since they aren’t too scary. I made sure to cut them on kraft board paper which is a little sturdier, like a thin cardboard.
I then took painter’s tape and started taping them to the walls and door. They have been up for over a week now and the painter’s tape is holding up! Turned out pretty cool for a 5 minute project!
I then added two large orange pumpkins that light up at night. In order to give one of the a little height, I took an unused wood planter and turned it upside down. It provided the perfect height to set the two pumpkins together on the same side of the door.
