Why I rarely shop at off-priced retail stores

Over the past couple of years I've been noticing a trend with my home decor shopping habits. I used to love going to Home Goods or TJMaxx to scour the isles to see if there was anything in there that I absolutely had to have for my home. Of course, I always seemed to find something that I couldn't live without and I would bring it home to live with it for couple of months or years.
