Happy New Years!
2016 was a year filled with many life changing events for my family and I. Our beautiful baby boy arrived into this world early in the year and his arrival has turned my world upside down to say the least! After many years of working in the finance world, I decided to leave my job to become a stay at home mom.
Although it was one of the scariest things I have done, it's also been one of the most fulfilling. I've had the opportunity to watch with amazement at how my little one explores the world, takes his first steps, and begins to say his first words. I'm truly blessed to be able to stay at home with him and share these special moments.
With the support and encouragement of my love (my husband), after I got settled into mom life, I began this blog. This is a true passion project for me as home decor has always been my escape. I can get lost for hours (if baby sleeps through the night!) looking at beautiful decor ideas on Pinterest and Instagram and adapting them into our home.
