As we were anticipating the completion of our four season room enclosure, my husband and I quickly began dreaming up ways to decorate the new space. The more we thought about it, the more we convinced ourselves that updating the furniture in our master bedroom would be a better result for us. So I quickly came up with a plan to reuse our current furniture in our master bedroom in the new four season room and get almost all new furniture for our master bedroom.

The kitchen is the heart of the home in our house. It's the place we gather around as a family daily and share about our day. Whenever we have family and friends over, you'll always find us gathered around our kitchen island, enjoying good food and company. Needless to say, this little area of our home gets quite a bit of traffic and can get dirty fast if you don't keep up with it.

I'm so super excited about today's post because this is a project that we've been working on for months. Alongside converting the screened-in back porch into a four season room, we've have also been busy converting our old playroom/guest room/office into a nursery that is fit for our princess who is due to arrive any day now!

Well, I made it! I'm a day late posting this but I made it! 5 days before my due date and I was able to refresh our kids bathroom before our little girl arrives. Believe me there were times that I had my doubts that I would be able to finish, but I'm so pleased with the result.

With our baby girl arriving any day now, I wanted to make sure that the hubby and I at least take some time with each other on this special month to celebrate us and our growing family. So for this Valentine's day, I'm setting a romantic table setting that will hopefully give my hubby and I a few minutes to reconnect and spend some time together eating a warm meal.
